SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated & displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Estimates:   
  1. Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
  2. Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
  3. Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping Methods

We use various carriers to deliver your orders, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, AND FedEx. The carrier selected will depend on your location and the best available service. 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries: (Any Islands on the Pacific Ocean, South America, *************!!!!!!)(FILL OUT <-). Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT). which are incurred once a shipping reaches your destination country, Ste' Lifted Beauty, is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Shipping Address

Please ensure all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for lost or returned packages due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

Delays

Occasionally, there may be delays beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier delays. We will do our best to notify you of any such delays. 

Damages

Ste' Lifted Beauty, is not liable for any product damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
